It directly supersedes the ZF 63IV and Hurth HSW630V models, featuring internal gear refinements that reduce noise while maintaining identical exterior dimensions for easy drop-in replacement.

• ZF 68-IV is available in multiple gear ratios; 12° down angle and 100% power in forward or reverse rotation.
• Reverse reduction marine transmission with hydraulically actuated multi-disc clutches
• Suitable for high performance applications in motoryachts, sport fishers, express cruisers etc
• Fully works tested, reliable and simple to install
• Design, manufacture and quality control standards comply with ISO 9001
• Compatible with all types of engines and propulsion systems, including waterjets and surface- piercing propellers

• Lightweight and robust aluminum alloy casing (sea water resistant)
• Case hardened and precisely ground gear teeth for long life and smooth running
• Output shaft thrust bearing designed to take maximum propeller thrust astern and ahead
• B/W connection integrated with casing
• Smooth and reliable hydraulic shifting with control lever for attachment of push-pull cable
• Suitable for twin engine installations (same torque capacity in ahead or astern mode. Reduction Ratios in ahead or
• astern are very close.)

This NEW ZF-68-IV V-Drive transmission is compatible with all 3.0L, 4.3L, 5.0L, 5.7L, 6.0L, 7.4L, 8.1L, and 8.2L engines and propulsion systems rated at 475 hp or less.
